How Does the AQ Archive Filter Work?

The AQ Archive filter automatically stores projects older than 12 months or not modified in 12 months and allows any project to be archived from the Project List.

AutoQuotes has an Archive filter where, by default, any projects older than 12 months, or not modified in 12 months, will automatically be stored.

The default can be changed to 24 or 60 months by right mouse clicking over the Archive filter and selecting.

All projects in the Archive will remain there indefinitely and will never be removed or deleted by AutoQuotes.

Also, any project can be sent to the Archive filter by right mouse clicking over the project in the Project List and selecting “Archive Project” from the right-click menu.
