Assemble & Hold - Ticket Status Process
The Assemble & Hold ticket pipeline tracks a warehouse request from submission through picking and shipment. The ticket status shows the current stage of the request and identifies whether the order has a credit hold or backordered items.
Ticket Status Definitions
| Status | What It Means | What Happens Next |
|---|---|---|
| Submitted | The ticket has been submitted but has not yet been acknowledged by the warehouse. | The warehouse reviews the ticket and confirms that the necessary information has been received. |
| Acknowledged | The warehouse has acknowledged the ticket and reviewed the corresponding information. | The request moves forward based on the delivery date, order status, and warehouse availability. |
| Hold | The associated sales order is on credit hold and is awaiting approval or release. | The ticket remains on hold until the credit issue is resolved. Once released, warehouse processing can continue. |
| Picking | The warehouse has begun picking the products associated with the sales order. | The warehouse completes picking and determines whether all requested items are available. |
| Picked with Backorders | Picking has been completed for the available products, but one or more items remain on backorder. | Available items may move forward while the remaining products await availability. |
| Picked Complete | Picking has been completed, and there are no backordered products. | The completed order moves forward for shipment. |
| Shipped with Backorders | Available products have shipped, but one or more items remain on backorder. | The remaining items will be shipped once they become available. |
| Shipped Complete | The entire order has shipped, with no remaining backordered products. | The Assemble & Hold process is complete. |
