 How Do I Add a Spec Sheet or Picture to an AQ Item or Product?

You can add a spec sheet or picture to an AQ item that has no spec sheet or picture.

You can add one to:

• An item in a project
• A product in the AQ catalog

First, source the spec sheet (PDF) or picture (JPG) and save it to your computer.

Add a Spec Sheet or Picture in a Project

Right-click the line item in the quote and click Edit Line Item.

In the Line Item Editor:

1. Click the Media tab.
2. Click + in the Spec Sheet or Picture window and navigate to the PDF or JPG file you saved on your computer.
3. Click the checkmark to save changes.

Add a Spec Sheet or Picture in the AQ Catalog

Adding a Spec Sheet or Picture in the catalog works much the same way.

Right-click the product in the catalog and click Edit Prod.

In the Edit Product window:

1. Click the Media tab.
2. Click + in the Spec Sheet or Picture window and navigate to the PDF or JPG file you saved on your computer.
3. Click the checkmark to save changes.
