Step 1 — Add a new stock item.
- On a blank line item, type the stock code.
- Input the quantity.
- Input the price.
Step 2 — Search for an unknown item code.
If the item code is unknown, a search can be performed from a blank line.
- Search by description (example: white din nap).
Important
If an item is not listed in Prelude, it must be set up in Product Connect 3.0.
Step 3 — Modify an existing line item.
While in a sales order, if the quantity and/or sell price needs to be changed:
- Place the cursor on the item.
- Press Enter.
- The Line Item Detail window will appear.
Step 4 — Complete the order.
After all items have been selected and prices confirmed to ensure accuracy:
- Press F2 to complete the order.

Step 5 — Print the Pick Ticket.
A box will appear.
- Press F2 on Pick Ticket.
Helpful Tip
Do not confuse the Pick Ticket at the end of the order with manual ticket printing using /PTP.

To insert a new item into the body of the order:
- Press F12 on the line below.
- A new line will be created.
Order is complete!
