[Quoting](https://train.singerequipment.com/knowledge-base/setvi?hsLang=en#quoting) October 22, 2026 # How Do I Add Products to a Setvi Quote? ## Add products to a Setvi quote using the product catalog, SKU, or special purchase order (SPO), then adjust quantities, selling prices, and gross profit. ### Overview Products can be added to a Setvi quote to build a customer-specific proposal. Once a quote is created, you can choose between Manual Quoting and Automated Quoting (Auto RFQ). Manual Quoting allows you to add products from the Setvi catalog, enter products by SKU, or add a special purchase order (SPO) for products not listed in the catalog. ### When to Use This Use this process when you are: - Building a new customer quote. - Adding additional products to an existing opportunity. - Comparing multiple product options for a customer. - Updating a quote after discussing additional needs with the customer. ### How to Add Products Using Manual Quoting Step 1 — Select Manual Quoting. Use Add From Catalog to browse and search for products as you normally would in Setvi. Step 3 — Select products. Select Add by SKU and manually enter the SKU for the product you want to add. Step 6 — Add the product. Step 7 — Enter the SPO product information. Enter the following information: - Product name - Vendor name - SKU - Cost - UOM Step 8 — Upload the product image. Upload an image for the SPO product. Step 9 — Add the SPO product.
