A trip can be changed to a specific trip number (20, 21, 40, or 42) if approval has been given by PAROUTING or $SHIPPING.
Usually, trips will be changed to Route 65 (001).
For 008, the support person will be informed which trip number to use.
Step 1 — Change the Route Number.
In the Sales Header Screen, use the arrow keys until the cursor is on the Route Number field.
Change the Route Number to 65.
Step 2 — Change the Required Date.
Change the Required Date.
Step 3 — Save the order.
Press F2 to save.
Step 4 — Verify Credit Hold status.
The order must be off Credit Hold.
If the order is on Credit Hold, contact your credit representative to release the order.
Step 5 — Request approval.
