[Catalog](https://train.singerequipment.com/knowledge-base/setvi?hsLang=en#catalog) October 22, 2026 # How Do I Email Product Information from the Setvi Catalog? ## Select products in the Setvi Catalog and email product information, recommendations, and available resources directly to customers. ### Overview Products can be selected from the Setvi Catalog and added directly to an email, making it easier to share product recommendations with a customer. ### How to Select a Product Step 1 — Open the Catalog. Navigate to the Catalog in Setvi. Step 2 — Locate the product. Find the product you want to share with the customer. Step 3 — Select the product. Select the checkbox next to the product. After selecting the product, click Email. The Compose Email window will open. Step 5 — Add the recipient. Enter the appropriate recipient. Step 6 — Enter a subject. Add a subject for the email. Step 7 — Add your message. Before sending, confirm that: - The correct customer or contact is selected. - The correct product is included. - The subject is clear. - Any necessary product information or resources are included. - Your message explains why you are recommending the product.
