How Do I Compare Customer Sales This Year vs. Prior Year? /CPSI

Use /CPSI in Prelude to quickly compare a customer’s current year sales information to the prior year.

Step 1 — At the Prelude command line, type:

/CPSI

Step 2 — Press Enter.

Step 3 — Enter the customer number if it does not automatically populate.

Step 4 — Press Enter.

Step 5 — Review the customer sales information displayed on the screen.

The left-hand side of the screen displays year-to-date information.

The right-hand side displays prior year information.

 Information Available

The screen includes:

• Year-to-date sales
• Previous year sales
• Year-to-date returns
• Prior year returns
• Gross profit dollars
• Previous year gross profit dollars
• Year-to-date GP percentage
• Prior year GP percentage

/CPSI provides a quick way to access this customer sales information in Prelude.
