How Do I Distinguish Standard, Deviated Net Price, and Hard Net Items in AQ?

Standard published AQ items, items with Singer-assigned deviated net prices, and items with hard nets published by AQ display different pricing information in the catalog, details panel, Net Price field, and Deviated Price section.

 Standard Published AQ Items
  • AQ publishes list prices. We input our discount. Net Prices are calculated by the program.
  • Catalog text is black.
  • You will see List, Discount & Net in the details panel on the right.

  • If you right-click an item and click Edit Prod:

AQ_Standard_Item_Edit_Product

  • There should be NO ENTRY in the Net Price field.

AQ_Standard_Item_No_Net_Price

  • On the Pricing tab, there should be NO ENTRY in the Deviated Price section.

Items with Deviated Net Prices
  • AQ publishes list prices. We input our deviated net prices, which override any discounts.
  • Catalog text is blue.

AQ_Deviated_Item_Blue_Catalog_Text

  • You will see List, =Net=, Net, & Deviated Net for All Customers in the details panel on the right.

AQ_Deviated_Item_Details_Panel

  • If you right-click an item and click Edit Prod, there should be NO ENTRY in the Net Price field.

AQ_Standard_Item_No_Net_Price

  • On the Pricing tab, there should, however, be an entry in the Deviated Price section.

Items with Hard Nets Published by AQ
  • AQ publishes list & hard net prices. Our discounts therefore do not apply.
  • Catalog text is black.
  • You will see List, =Net=, Net in the details panel on the right.
  • If you right-click an item and click Edit Prod, there SHOULD be an entry in the Net Price field. AQ does this, but there should be NO DEVIATED price entry on the Pricing tab.
