How Do I Enter a Salesman Delivery Order in Prelude?

This is very similar to a FedEx order entry. The changes take place in the sales order header screen.

Step 1 — Repeat step one from Section F.

Repeat step one (section F) from above.

Step 2 — Change Ship Via to SL.

Change Ship Via to SL.

Step 3 — Add a “C” note.

Add "C" note (comment line) in order explaining who is picking up the order and when.

Step 4 — Copy the order.

Copy order - F2.

Print ticket will print after order is complete or released from Credit Hold (CRH).

Step 6 — Follow up with the warehouse.

Follow-up w/warehouse that print ticket was received.

Create a Salesman Delivery order by updating the Sales Order Header, adding a pickup comment, completing the order, and confirming the Print Ticket was received by the warehouse.
