Step 1 — Open the KCL export option.

While in your project spreadsheet, click the Export / Import tab.

Click Project Spreadsheet (for KCL).

Step 2 — Select the KCL export options.

Next, you will see a KCL Export dialog box.

Check the boxes as needed.

Be sure to select Zero out all pricing if you want to be sure the recipient of the KCL file does not get your project costs and sells.

Step 3 — Select the export folder.

Browse to the folder where you want to place the converted KCL (.csv) file.

Step 4 — Confirm that the export was successful.

AQ will notify you when the file has been successfully exported.
