# How Do I Export an AQ Project Spreadsheet for KCL?

## Export an AQ project spreadsheet as a KCL CSV file and choose whether project pricing is included.

 How Do I Export an AQ Project Spreadsheet for KCL?

### Step 1 — Open the KCL export option.

While in your project spreadsheet, click the **Export / Import** tab.

Click **Project Spreadsheet (for KCL)**.

### Step 2 — Select the KCL export options.

Next, you will see a **KCL Export** dialog box.

Check the boxes as needed.

Be sure to select **Zero out all pricing** if you want to be sure the recipient of the KCL file does not get your project costs and sells.

### Step 3 — Select the export folder.

Browse to the folder where you want to place the converted KCL (.csv) file.

### Step 4 — Confirm that the export was successful.

AQ will notify you when the file has been successfully exported.
