How Do I Use Catalog Filters in AQ?

AutoQuotes offers the following ways to filter the Catalog:

By default, the Catalog shows All products, but your chosen filter will remain active until you change it.

Select a Catalog Filter

To filter your search, click the middle button in the Search panel at the top ribbon.

Select your filter type from the drop-down menu.

Filter Definitions

You will see all items in the Catalog.

You will only see items published by AutoQuotes.

You will only see Custom, Stock, and Inventory items displayed in blue and green fonts.

This filter shows only user-added or modified items, which are displayed in blue font.

You will only see items from Preferred or Approved Manufacturers.

You will only see items with CAD blocks available.

You will only see items with Revit blocks available.

You will see items with 3D CAD blocks available.

You will see AQ-published items as well as user data, but no AQ SKU data.

You will only see items that are UL Certified.

You will only see items that qualify for Energy Solutions Rebates.

Use catalog filters to narrow search results to the products, manufacturers, or file types you need. AQ shows all catalog products by default. Once you select a filter, it remains active until you change it.
