How Do I Find a Credit Card on a Customer Account in Prelude?

Use /CI, F6, and F7 to view the stored credit cards on a customer account and identify the default card.

Find a Credit Card on a Customer Account

Step 1 — Go into /CI.

Step 2 — Press F6 and F7.

The card will appear as shown. If you see a column with Y, that’s the default card.

Note: You will not see stored card information, only last 4 digits. Nobody in the company has access to view the entire CC#.
