How Do I Find a Customer in Prelude?

Use Customer Inquiry /CI to search for customer information, such as a customer number, by company name, town, ZIP code, or telephone number.

Step 1 — Open Customer Inquiry.

At any Prelude command line, type:

/CI

Press Enter.

Step 2 — Search for customer by:

A. Name of company
B. Town
C. Zip code
D. Phone number
E. Search by combination of name and town
F. Search by telephone number
