Step 1 — Identify the order.
Identify the order number.
Press F5.
Step 2 — Select the line item.
The body of the order will appear.
Place the cursor over the line item you are inquiring about.
Press F10.
Step 3 — Open User Fields.
The cursor defaults to Examine.
Arrow over to User Fields.
Press Enter.
Step 4 — View the Serial Number.
The Serial Number is displayed.
