How Do I Find a Singer Purchase Order Number in Prelude?

Locate the Singer Purchase Order Number from a sales order in Sales Order History Inquiry.

Step 1 — Locate the order.

Identify the order number.

Place the cursor over the order number and press the FS key.

Step 2 — Open the order details.

The body of the order will appear.

Place the cursor over any item on the order except the freight charge.

Press F10.

Step 3 — Select Examine.

The cursor defaults to Examine.

Press Enter.

Step 4 — Locate the Purchase Order Number.

The Purchase Order Number is displayed to the left of the vendor name and vendor number.
