This means the Orders tab is not limited to open orders or completed orders. If an order exists for the customer, it should be available here. ### When to Use This Use the Orders section when you need to answer questions such as: - What is the status of a customer's order? - Has an order shipped? - Which items have shipped? - Which items are still outstanding? - What happened with a specific order? ### How to Find and Review Customer Orders Step 1 — Open the Orders menu.
