[Catalog](https://train.singerequipment.com/knowledge-base/setvi?hsLang=en#catalog) October 22, 2026 # How Do I Open the Setvi Catalog for a Customer? ## Open the Setvi Catalog in Customer View to research products using customer-specific information, including available pricing and inventory. ### Overview The Setvi Catalog allows you to search and research products while working with a specific customer. Using Customer View allows Setvi to display customer-relevant product information while you browse the catalog. ### How to Open Customer View Step 1 — Navigate to Catalog. Navigate to the Catalog area in Setvi. Step 2 — Select Customer View. Search for and select the customer you are working with. Step 4 — Choose display options. Click View. Setvi will open the Catalog using the selected customer. ### Customer-Specific Information Once a customer is selected, the Catalog can display additional customer-specific information alongside products, including pricing information available for that account. This allows you to research products while keeping the customer's account in context. ### How to Change the Customer Step 6 — Use Select Customer.
