How Do I Use Sales Order History Inquiry in Prelude?

Use Sales Order History Inquiry (/SOHI) to view processed orders, credits, and price adjustments for a customer.

Sales Order History Inquiry is the screen that is utilized to view any order, credit or price adjustment that was processed.

Slash command:

/SOHI

Step 1 — Open Sales Order History Inquiry.

Enter:

/SOHI

Step 2 — Locate the customer.

Input the customer number or search by customer name.

Press:

Understanding the Invoice Amount

A negative dollar amount under the Inv Amount column indicates a credit was processed for the customer.
