# How Do I View Quote Sharing Analytics and Status in Setvi?

## View quote sharing activity in Setvi, including active quotes shared, total views, downloads, and the current quote status.

### Overview

Setvi provides Sharing Analytics to help you review customer engagement with shared quotes.

Once a quote has been shared with a customer, you can view sharing activity, including quote views and downloads.

You can also view the current status of a quote at the top of the quote.

### How to View Quote Sharing Analytics

Step 1 — Open Sharing Analytics.

Within the quote, click Sharing Analytics.

Step 2 — Review the sharing activity.

The Sharing Analytics section displays:

- Active Quotes Shared: Number of active quotes shared.
- Total Views: Total number of views on the quote.
- Total Downloads: Total number of downloads.

Step 3 — Refresh the analytics.

Click Refresh to update the sharing analytics data.

### Important

Sharing Analytics will only appear once a quote has been shared with a customer.

### How to View Quote Status

The current quote status is always displayed at the top of the quote.

Possible statuses include:

- Draft
- Sent
- In Progress
- Accepted
- Lost
