How to Manage Your HubSpot Notifications
Learn how to customize your HubSpot notification settings and choose which alerts you receive and how they are delivered.
HubSpot allows you to control which notifications you receive and how those notifications are delivered. Notification preferences are specific to your individual HubSpot account, so changes you make here only affect your notifications.
You can receive notifications through several channels, including the HubSpot notification bell, email, browser notifications, pop-ups, mobile notifications, and Microsoft Teams where available.
Access Your Notification Settings
- Log in to HubSpot.
- Click the Settings gear icon
in the upper-right corner of the screen. - Under Your Preferences in the left hand navigation and select Notifications.

This opens your personal notification settings.
Find a Notification
HubSpot contains a large number of notification options organized by topic.
- Browse the available notification categories.

- Use the search bar to quickly find a specific type of notification. For example, if you want to manage notifications related to support tickets, enter ticket in the search bar.

HubSpot will display the notification options associated with tickets.
Choose How You Want to Be Notified
Each notification has columns showing the available delivery methods. Depending on the notification, these can include:
- Pop-up
- Browser
- Bell – notifications displayed within HubSpot
- Mobile
Click the checkbox for each notification you want to enable. A checked box means that notification method is active.
You can enable multiple delivery methods if you want to receive the same alert through more than one channel.
Configure only the notifications that are useful for your role to avoid receiving unnecessary alerts.
Important
Notification preferences are user-specific. Changing these settings does not change notification preferences for other HubSpot users. Each user should configure their own notifications based on the alerts they need to receive.
