Order Guides
Order guides are located in the customer service menu.
An order guide is a document that a customer will request to aid with the ordering process that contains previously purchased items.
Order Guide Options
The history length must be identified to complete this process (6 months, 1 year, 2 years, etc.).
A guide can have minimal detail or full detail depending on the customer's request.
Order guides are available in two formats; pdf or excel.
One of the most important options is with or without price; confirm with the sales rep which guide is appropriate.
The screenshot on page 1 shows the available Customer Service Order Guides menu options, including full detail, with or without price, select product line, Excel, and Data Pump options.
