Customer Service Reports provide information for sales reps and customers, including backorders, open orders, sales history, pricing, margins, bids, quotes, and customer listings.

Reports are in the customer service menu. This is an essential part of the customer service menu as it provides vital information for sales reps and/or customers.
Reports may not be used as a daily function pending on the needs of the sales rep; however, it is important to become familiar with the reports available.
Below are the reports offered; notice there are similar reports with the only difference being with or without price.
