What Do Model Number Colors Mean in the AQ Catalog?

Model numbers can be colored in the AQ Catalog to designate different product categories.

To improve your AQ experience, we've made an upgrade to how some model numbers are displayed in the AQ Catalog.

Model numbers can be colored in the AQ Catalog to designate different product categories. We've been using some colors for a few years but are expanding these capabilities in a way you'll find useful & valuable!

Gold Model Numbers

Model numbers colored in Gold are Aged Inventory / Scratch & Dent.

Important: Please note that pricing is not maintained for Gold products. If you are interested in selling any of these products, please reach out directly to @Jason Grecco (equipment) or @Michael Millard (smallwares) in Purchasing.

Gold inventory is first-come, first-serve and until you receive confirmation from Jason or Michael, the sale is not final.

Green, Red, and Blue Model Numbers

The following colors have not been impacted; our stock products will continue to display in Green while our non-stocks will display in Red:

Model numbers colored Green are Stock products in our Warehouses. These products can be stocked in either 001 and/or 008.

Model numbers colored Red are Non-stock/Special Order. These products will be non-stock in both 001 and 008.

Of course model numbers colored Blue are still user-modified items in the catalog, mostly deviated prices.

Use the Inventory Color Filters

You can include/exclude selected inventory colors by using the color filters in the filter panel on the left-hand side of the AQ catalog. As they are checkboxes you can select multiple filters.

Note: For those of you that are only searching for configurable, non-stock AQ published items, you can filter the Stock & NS items OUT of your results & only see AQ items. Here is where you do that on the AQ catalog ribbon.

IMPORTANT NOTE: That filter will remain engaged until you actively change it again!
