What Is AQ Order Status?
This feature is AQ is near & dear to my heart as it was my pet project during my last year at AQ. Order Status in AQ displays order status data, direct from the respective factories for our purchase orders.
AQ Order Status can be accessed by clicking the Order Status icon on the bottom of your AutoQuotes screen. If you do not see it, please notify your AQ Admin & we’ll get that rectified.

AutoQuotes gets order status data in a daily feed from participating manufacturers & that gets fed nightly into our AQ.
There are about 110 manufacturers participating. Unfortunately, they’ve added almost no new manufacturers since my departure. I plan to bug them about this.
If you think this feature has value (& trust me…. It does), please tell our manufacturers (& their reps) that they need to participate in AQ Order Status. Direct them to me if they need to be sold on the value, not only to the dealers, but to the manufacturers & their reps as well.
I believe it’s still free to participate & requires minimal effort on the manufacturers’ part.
Navigating Order Status is just like other windows in AutoQuotes—searching, filtering, sorting etc. It should be intuitive!
