What Is Assemble and Hold in Prelude?

Use Assemble and Hold to prevent equipment and special orders from being delivered before the coordinated customer delivery date.

Step 1 — Place the order on Assemble and Hold.

Step 2 — Change the Ship Via.

Change the Ship via to AH ASSEMBLE & HOLD.

F3 to view options.

Step 3 — Submit the Assemble and Hold ticket.

Use HubSpot A&H to submit tickets at least two weeks in advance of expected delivery.

An assemble and hold is when a sales rep requests many orders to be delivered at one time to a customer. Usually there are large pieces of equipment and/or special orders.
